A baby has died after a migrant boat got into difficulty in the English Channel. Labour's Alison McGovern said that "everyone will be thinking how horrific it is to have a tiny child die in such a way." She continued: "That's why the Home Secretary has acted rapidly to appoint a commander of the Border Force to take control of the situation... to much inprove the system to tackle the dreadful gangs that purpetuate this."
