A Low Pressure Area (LPA) has formed over the Pacific Ocean, near the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), on Friday, Oct. 18, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

00:04The first one is the rain here in Mindanao and Palawan

00:19which brings a high chance of rain in the eastern part of Luzon.
00:23Meanwhile, a low-pressure area was formed in the Pacific Ocean in the east of Visayas.
00:29As of 3 in the morning, it is more than 2,000 kilometers east of eastern Visayas
00:34and within the next 24 hours, it is not expected to enter our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:40The effect is not expected yet and it is not expected that there will be a storm in the next 24 hours.
00:46Along this ITCZ, there are also possible new circulations that will be formed

00:55For today, the effect of the easterly is still expected in a large part of Luzon.
00:59It will bring a part of clouds to a cloudy sky in Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon and Bicol Region

01:12In the remaining part of Luzon as Metro Manila,
