00:00A concrete machine in Antipolo, Rizal was found in a pool in the CCTV footage of a six-wheeler truck.

00:06This was recorded by Vell Custodio Exclusive.

00:14In the CCTV footage,

00:15the six-wheeler truck carrying a concrete mix machine

00:19was seen driving up the barangay in Noce, Antipolo, Rizal at 3 a.m.

00:24A few seconds later,

00:26the concrete mix machine came out of the truck.

00:28It hit a corner of a commercial establishment

00:31until it hit a post at the corner of Circumferential Road and M. Santo Street Extension.

00:37Twelve hours after the incident,

00:40we were able to reach the side of the road of the six-wheeler truck and the concrete mix machine.

00:44The broken post was even helped to get out of the road.

00:48According to the police,

00:49the truck hit Teresa Rizal and was about to stop at Cavite.

00:54When we reached the Asan Building,

00:57all the steel plates used by the truck and the concrete mix machine in the Justice Hall were removed.

01:10When the concrete mix machine was removed from the truck,

01:14it hit a corner of a commercial establishment

01:22until it hit a post at the corner of Belvedere.

01:26The truck's driver refused to give a statement,

01:29but according to the operator who was with him,

01:32there was no problem when they removed the concrete mix machine.

01:35There was no sound from the bottom.

01:43When we reached the side of the road,

01:47the truck was already at the top.

01:52We were able to reach the side of the road where the concrete mix machine was located.

01:56The truck hit the chassis of the concrete mix machine.

02:02The chassis of the concrete mix machine was broken.

02:11The truck hit the bottom of the road.

02:15No one was injured in the incident.

02:17The investigation is still ongoing.
