00:00You see here around the track there's normal, different variation of curbing.
00:08But in the chicane specifically, there is the normal kind of red and white curbing that
00:13you want to hit.
00:14But this blue area right here, this whole blue curbing area is, it's three, four, five
00:20inches tall.
00:21And you were shocked at the size of it when we were out there earlier.
00:24These guys use more of that than you would imagine.
00:26I can see how it would definitely take the wheel out of your hand.
00:29I walked the track yesterday afternoon when NASCAR made the track available to crew chiefs
00:33and engineers and the drivers and it was fascinating.
00:37I was shocked at the size of those.
00:39They're metal.
00:40DJ, it's very prohibitive to go offline.
00:43You can use them, as you saw cars doing there, to their advantage to short-cut a little bit
00:47and skip.
00:48You kind of bounce the car across them.
00:49But if you get it at the wrong, if you're maybe trying to execute a pass and you're
00:54going to leave the racing surface and you hit one of those, you're going to get some
00:57air.
