00:00Hello gang, some news. I had a little bit of a health scare about two weeks ago

00:09and I hit burnout basically. I've been working seven days a week for I don't know how long and

00:16I got to London yet again, I don't live in London, with my suitcase and I felt very unwell and I had

00:23like a tight feeling in my chest and I was utterly exhausted again. Anyway, I ended up in hospital

00:32for checks which were all fine, absolutely fine, but my family have given me a good talking to,

00:40served my friends and have said no more seven-day working weeks. So very, very sadly

00:50something had to go and I'm very fed up about it but I have made the decision

01:00that I can no longer do my Sunday show on LBC, which is a very hard decision to come to but

01:13I couldn't see anything else that I could do, that's the truth. So

01:18I'm carrying on being a part of the LBC family and I'll be popping in from time to time

01:25but I just want to say thank you for all of your support over the last year and it's been fantastic

01:32and the ratings and everything's been fantastic. So thank you very much, it's just one of those things

01:40and I'm very sad about it but I shall be continuing to make mischief but just not

01:49seven days a week in future.
