(Adnkronos) - “Sfidare le contraddizioni significa navigare in una situazione di grande incertezza e ne siamo consapevoli. Il dialogo è una delle parole chiave che quando comunichiamo la sostenibilità ci piace tenere presente. La comunicazione non deve quindi essere unidirezionale dall’azienda ai consumatori e agli stakeholder, ma deve esserci dialogo”. Lo afferma Silvia Colombo, head of external communication and csr Ing Bank Italia, in occasione della dodicesima edizione del Salone della Csr e dell’Innovazione sociale, in svolgimento all’università Bocconi di Milano fino all’11 ottobre.

00:25Dialogue allows us to create a process that is not unidirectional between the company and the public,
00:32but in exchange with stakeholders, with stakeholders of interest,
00:37which on this topic are really many and complex.
00:40Another very important aspect is the transparency and precision of language.
00:45Only in this way, at the level of communication, can we create mutual trust.
00:52More and more we need to be precise in communicating and when we really have relevant elements.
01:00If we have abused the term sustainability a little over the years, we want to change this path a little,
01:07and I believe that companies must communicate when they really have points of evidence in support of their actions.
