00:03for stealing electricity cables.

00:07The children sold the cables from the electricity poles.

00:13The Department of Public Works and Highways has replaced the cables several times.

00:18They always stole them.

00:20So they avoided the problem of the dark and dangerous road on the coastal road there.

00:25The three minors were not released,

00:27but they were turned over to their parents.

00:30The barangay plans to call the parents
