00:00Happier moment for Pinoy Levis, the hitmaker Olivia Rodrigo sang along to her jam-packed concert in the Philippines.

00:17Thousands of fans came to the special Silver Star show of GOT's World Tour, including a few superstars.

00:24There was also a power couple, Dong-Yan, who was very supportive of their fan girl, Zia.

00:43Most special show and most memorable trip was her first time going home to the Philippines.

00:49Unforgettable night for Pinoy Levis, Vina Villena did the concert.

01:07I was able to roll on the floor.

01:09All the stars aligned.

01:11It was meant to be.

01:13I was there at that moment and she saw it.

01:19All ticket sales for the concert will be donated to the NGO Japaigo, which was visited by Olivia while she was in the Philippines.

01:30A Singaporean national was caught, but not jailed, for selling a ticket for P23,000 each.

01:37The original price of the ticket is only P1,500.

01:41Kila said that they were desperate to watch the singer,

01:44so she was forced to buy two tickets for P46,000 from the scalper.

01:49But when she was about to meet the scalper in the venue,

01:59When it came to the police, the scalper couldn't do anything but return the money that Kila paid.

02:04She transferred me again and gave me the tickets.

02:07The scalper was so apologetic.

02:10I told him that even if I pay him P1,500 for each ticket,

02:15I will still pay him P1,500 for each ticket, so P3,000.

02:18But the police said no.

02:19What she did was really bad.

02:21Kila entered the concert using a ticket named after the scalper.

02:25According to the police, this is not the first time that the scalper sold tickets.

02:29She went to all the concerts to earn money.

02:32Because of the incident, this is a lesson learned for Kila.

02:35Don't buy from the scalper. Never again.

02:38There is still no ordinance in Bulacan to punish those who sell tickets that are more expensive than the original price.

02:43That's why the scalper was not arrested.

02:45But it is planned to be changed in Bukawe.

02:48To protect the consumers, to protect the Bukawenos,

02:52even if there is a risk that their constitutionality will be questioned.

02:58Admitted by DTIO, Department of Trade and Industry, there is no law that regulates scalping.

03:04It cannot be included in the Price Act because admission ticket is not a basic necessity.

03:08But it is important to have a law that prohibits and punishes scalping in the whole country.
