00:09in a business forum led by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

00:20The diplomatic relationship between the Philippines and South Korea,

00:24particularly in terms of business, is getting stronger.

00:27The Philippine-Korea Business Forum, where South Korean President Yoon Seok-yol attended,

00:31was led by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

00:34and the Korean businessmen by the country's strong economy.

00:37At the same time, it was ratified by the Philippine-Korea Free Trade Agreement

00:40that aims to promote cooperation,

00:43business cooperation, and an active digital economy.

00:46The recently ratified Philippines-Korea Free Trade Agreement

00:50elevates our relations by reducing

00:53and or eliminating tariffs on key products

00:57such as agricultural goods, electronics, and automotive components.

01:02According to the Philippine-Korea Business Forum,

01:04more than a business partnership,

01:06the real thing that makes the relationship between the two countries richer

01:09is the connection of its citizens,

01:11who have the same goal, determination, and unity.

01:14This is the essence of true partnership.

01:18The ability to support one another toward our shared goals.

01:24Moving forward together.

01:26In the administration of Korean industries,

01:28President R. Marcos, Jr. also recognized the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry of PCCI,

01:33Department of Traded Industry, Department of Agriculture,

01:36and other government and private sector agencies

01:39for their important role in the cooperation

01:42to boost the economy of each country.

01:45Each of you, 12 Philippine and 12 Korean companies and organizations,

01:50bring a wealth of experience and expertise.

01:54Your presence symbolizes the cooperation that propels us towards a shared success.
