00:14It's almost hard to move with the amount of supporters who came to receive Comelec in Mandaue City

00:20for the COC to invite the re-electionist, the Siloan District of Mandaue City Representative,

00:26Emery Lollipop Oano Dizon.

00:28He is accompanied by his brother, Provincial Board Member, Tadeo Jhonki Oano,

00:33who is running for Mayor of the City.

00:36As always, I wanted to finish my term as a Congresswoman.

00:40There are a lot of projects to be done for the Congress,

00:47like flood control projects.

00:51In Cebu City, the COC invited for the first time the Mayor of the City,

00:58Yogi Filimon Ruiz, former PDEA 7 Director and Customs Commissioner.

01:03He was accompanied by his supporters and some members of the Cebu Muslim Brotherhood.

01:08Compared to other political machinery, compared to other political networks,

01:14I have to be realistic.

01:16I don't have a political machinery.

01:18Ask what they have.

01:20All I have is a network of supporters down to the grassroots

01:24who volunteered their talents, their time, their efforts to support us

01:32because they want true change and true progress in this city.

01:36We are presenting ourselves as the better alternative.

01:40Meanwhile, the band, Dragon Dance, supporters and their families

01:45accompanied the independent candidate, Ninia Mabatid,

01:49who was elected as the Councilor of the City.

01:53In the City of the Consulate, the members of the Partido Osa-Consulasyon-PDP Laban

01:59attended a mass before their candidature was accepted by COMELEC.

02:03In the lead by Blizilda Bingol-Villio, who was running as the Mayor of the City of the Consulate.

02:09In Davao City, her COC attended the re-election

02:13of Davao City 1st District Representative, Congressman Paulo Pulong Duterte

02:17through Atty. Elijah Manuel Pipito, who stood up for her.

02:22COMELEC also accepted the famous candidate for Mayor of the City,

02:28Civil Service Commission Chairperson, Carlo Alexi Nograles.

02:32But he did not run for COC.

02:34He just accompanied his cousin, Incumbent 1st District Councilor, Javi Campos,

02:40in running for COC as a congressman in the 2nd District of Lungson.

02:45According to COMELEC, on the last day of filing for COC,

02:49more incumbent officials are expected to run for their candidature.
