00:00All right, well, we don't know the Dolphins situation for the future, but we know for
00:07the present, it's as bad as any team in the NFL.
00:11And I do want to say, and George and I have talked about this before, we've talked about
00:15it on and off the air, is that backup quarterbacking in the NFL is just never going to be good.
00:19Let's be honest.
00:20How they can have 100 colleges and they can't have 20 good quarterbacks in the NFL is crazy,
00:25so let alone having 40 is impossible.
00:27So the Dolphins are just literally throwing darts.
00:30They threw a dart with Skyler Thompson.
00:33It didn't work.
00:34They went to the practice squad of a team that didn't want Snoop Huntley.
00:37And if you watch some of the video postgame, George, from that last game, Huntley had no
00:41idea what he was doing.
00:42Man, Tyreek Hill was running down the field, didn't even look.
00:45I said last week, I thought Jalen Waddell will at least catch some balls over the middle.
00:49He barely did.
00:50But I'm going to go first here, George.
00:53You cannot cut Jalen Waddell.
00:54I mean, you got to be crazy.
00:55I mean, if you think that Tua could come back for weeks 11, 12, and 13, you hold this
01:01guy.
01:02You absolutely hold this guy.
01:04I mean, still very young.
01:06And by the way, here's the other thing, George, who's to say that Huntley is not the quarterback
01:11next week and it's Tannehill or somebody else?
01:13I have to hold on to Waddell, although I will say I can't play him right now.
01:18I sit him.
01:19Oh, he's an absolute sit.
01:21I don't have any doubt you're not playing him.
01:23I have Tyreek Hill.
01:25I don't want to start Tyreek Hill.
01:27I don't.
01:28The only reason I'm starting Tyreek Hill this week is because in the league, I only have
01:31him in one league.
01:32Neighbors is out.
01:33And I think one of my other, oh, Mont St. Brown's on by.
01:35I don't have a choice.
01:36I got nobody left.
01:37All right.
01:38So that's the only, oh, Hopkins is another wide receiver I have.
01:40And by the way, if Tennessee was playing this week, I probably would have started Hopkins
01:43over because there's nothing I can do there.
01:45I have to start Hill.
01:46I don't expect much here.
01:47I'm not releasing Waddell either, only because, listen, Tua's getting all good reports, right?
01:52He's cleared concussion protocol.
01:54None of these neurologists are telling him that he has to retire.
01:57So he's not getting those kind of bad news, that kind of bad news here.
02:00Craig, I wonder if he's back in two weeks.
02:03You know, I wonder if he's back for week seven, you know, week eight.
02:07Yeah.
02:08Right.
02:09Not impossible at all here.
02:10So yes, I'm holding on to Waddell.
02:11You know, I think their schedule gets a little easier.
02:14Who do they play this week?
02:16New England.
02:18Maybe you can pull out a win there.
02:19What I'm saying is we have a season that's not lost.
02:21I do wonder if they're one and six, one and seven, you know, okay, maybe then it's a lost
02:25season for Tua.
02:26That I worry about.
02:27Yeah.
02:28No, basically they lose this week.
02:29It's a lost season.
02:30It feels like.
02:31This is probably the line of demarcation.
02:32If they lose to New England, that's it.
