00:12According to the estimate of the Oil Industry Management Bureau of the Department of Energy,

00:18it is possible that the price of diesel will increase by 40 cents to 70 cents per liter.

00:30It is also possible that the price of gasoline will decrease by 50 cents to 70 cents.
