00:00Three people were killed in Ilocos Norte because of the storm Hulian.

00:05Two of them drowned in the water while one was hit in the heart while in the evacuation center.

00:22Vicky, more than 1,000 families were allowed to return to their homes

02:14In the monitoring of the PDRRMO, the flood hit many places in the province.
