00:00Let's start with the situation in the Manila Hotel where the aspirants of the candidacy are getting the Certificate of Candidacy.

00:17After the filing of the Certificate of Candidacy at 8 in the morning,

00:21those who will get their Certificates for the Candidacy and Party List are already lining up.

00:26Here in the Manila Hotel in Manila, the COC will hire those who want to run for Senator.

00:31Those who will run for the Party List will be hired for the Certificate of Nomination and Certificate of Acceptance of Nomination.

00:38For the local positions, those who will run for the local positions will be hired.

00:43And for the congressmen of the cities and towns in Metro Manila,

00:47the COC will file at the Comelec NCR Office in San Juan.

00:50The Comelec will hire those who filed their candidacy until November 30 to remove the so-called nuisance candidates.

00:57For security reasons, the Philippine National Police deployed 36 people across the country.
