00:00So, I mean, it's obviously a particular special club for myself, you know, one that I came
00:07through and being able to give back here for a short period of time is pretty nice.
00:12You know, they've always supported me really well throughout my journey, so that's pretty
00:16special.
00:17And, yeah, there's still some people at the club that I keep in contact with, so, yeah,
00:20hopefully the kids can learn a couple of things today.
01:01Yeah, first time I've seen it today, so, yeah.
01:06Yeah, I mean, it's, look, it's obviously not the reason I do the sport, you know, there's
01:12particular goals and ambitions that I've got and what I'm wanting to do, but, you know,
01:17if there's certain scenarios in which I'm able to give back, then, you know, that's
01:20great.
01:21I remember when I was a young swimmer and, you know, obviously looking up to others and
01:24I'm now in that position, so, you know, it's certain opportunities I can have, you know,
01:28it's great.
01:30Yeah.
01:39Yeah, I think it's still quite difficult to fully wrap my head around, you know, what
01:45happened.
01:46I think Tokyo was a good learning curve for Paris, you know, I think with what happened
01:50in Tokyo, there was plenty of downfalls, but then, you know, it finished really well as
01:53well and that was similar again in Paris, you know, I started pretty disappointed with
01:57a sixth in the relay, I think we were, and then a fourth individually to three, but thereafter,
02:01you know, it was a really good competition.
02:03So, yeah, I think, you know, I'm holding my head high and I'm proud of what I was able
02:08to achieve.
02:19I guess it gives them something to aim for, you know, I think when I was younger, you
02:22know, it was great seeing Andy Murray and Chris Hoy, you know, competing at the world
02:25stage, you know, Scottish athletes competing against the best in the world and I think
02:29that's probably something that I'm representing as well, you know, doesn't matter where you
02:33either train, grow up or where you're from, you know, there's a possibility that, you
02:37know, why can't it be you, you know, why can't you be the next person that's competing on
02:40the world stage?
