00:00PTV Balita Ngayon is back. Relief and rescue operations continue in the areas affected by the typhoon in Ilocos Norte.
00:15In Bagac City, rescue operations help stranded senior citizens, residents, police and volunteers.

01:34The Overseas Workers' Welfare Administration, or OWWA Region 11, is reporting on the issue of smuggling.
01:44Overseas Filipino workers, or OFWs in Davao Region, have been forced to leave their homes in the Barangay Program.

01:57Today, services and programs are being provided to OFWs and their families in Davao Region.
02:03Of the 300 OFW Family Circles, 13,000 are members.
