02:00While Tundr was napping, Smuggles would explore the meadow for new things they could do when his little friend came back.
02:06And after nap time, Tundr was more than ready to play. By the end of the day, both dogs returned home quite exhausted.
02:14The summer days passed by and everything seemed to be going nicely.
02:18Well, almost everything. There was just one problem.
02:23Smuggles began to notice something strange.
02:26Every evening when he came home from playing with Tundr, he'd find a bone was missing from his collection.
02:33The bone pile was getting smaller and smaller.
02:36One afternoon, Tundr and Smuggles were out in the meadow playing when the little puppy ran up to his big friend.
02:42I have to go home now, Smuggles. It's time for my nap. I'll be back later.
02:47OK, said Smuggles as the little puppy romped off.
02:52Smuggles played a while longer but then decided he would also go home.
02:56The disappearing bone problem was really bothering him.
03:00When Smuggles arrived near his house, he was very surprised by what he saw.
03:06Tundr was sneaking into his yard and over to his private bone collection.
03:11Smuggles moved behind a tree so Tundr couldn't see him.
03:14He watched as the little puppy picked up the biggest, juiciest bone of the bunch and then sneaked off.
03:20Smuggles followed Tundr down the road and watched him bury the bone near his doghouse.
03:25Then the little dog proudly trotted off to his puppy basket and plopped down for a nap on his brand new blanket.
03:33So that's where my bones have been going, Smuggles thought.
03:38I can't believe Tundr has been taking them.
03:42He wondered if Tundr knew it was wrong to take things that didn't belong to him.
03:47Sadly, Smuggles went back home and spent most of the night trying to figure out how to talk to Tundr about the missing bones.
03:55The next morning, Tundr came over ready to play as usual.
03:59Let's go, Smuggles!
04:01Smuggles just looked down at his dog dish.
04:04Come on, Smuggles! Let's go chase butterflies!
04:08No, I... I really don't feel like it today, Tundr.
04:14Well, okay.
04:16Tundr couldn't figure out why his friend didn't want to play with him, so he decided to go home and chew on one of his new bones.
04:23When Tundr got there, he was met by a big, mean, awful-looking dog named Buster, and he was standing over Tundr's puppy basket.
04:32Hello, said Tundr brightly. I'm Tundr. What's your name?
04:36Dish your blanket, kid, asked Buster.
04:39Well, yes, said Tundr. Sure's a nice one. I want it.
04:45And with that, Buster grabbed Tundr's beautiful new blanket and walked off.
04:49Wait, Tundr yelled. Wait, stop! That's mine!
04:53But it didn't do any good. Buster was gone.
04:56Tundr couldn't believe it. He started to cry.
04:59That mean old dog just took my new blanket. What am I gonna do?
05:06Tundr was still crying when Smuggles came walking by.
05:09Smuggles rushed over to Tundr.
05:11What's the matter, little guy?
05:14Tundr explained that Buster had taken his new blanket.
05:17I just can't believe that mean old dog would just take something that didn't belong to him.
05:23Smuggles was going to say something about his bones, but decided now was not the time.
05:28Maybe I can help you get it back, he said.
05:32Do you think you can?
05:34We can sure try.
05:36And so off they went to find Buster.
05:39Smuggles knew that Buster was the kind of dog that always liked to pick on little guys.
05:43I know where we can find him, Smuggles said.
05:46He usually plays in the park.
05:48And sure enough, that's where they found him.
05:51Oh, Buster, said Smuggles.
05:53Buster was a big dog when he stood next to Tundr.
05:56But next to Smuggles, he wasn't very big at all.
06:01Say, Smuggles, what are you doing here, said Buster.
06:07Well, I have a very sad friend here, said Smuggles.
06:11He's missing his brand new blanket.
06:15Oh, look, Smuggles, said Buster nervously.
06:18I was just having a little fun, really.
06:22I didn't mean anything by it.
06:25You know, Buster, it's dishonest to take someone else's things.
