00:00My starting point is we should actually legislate to protect what is here, to have very clear rules
00:05that are reviewed in relation to access to cash, to clearly define what is 24-hour ATM machines
00:12compared to ATM machines that are only accessible to the public within defined periods of time,
00:18and also to look at strengthening the rights of consumers to use cash when they have it in
00:26their pockets. And the last thing, sorry, I just want to make the point when we talk about access
00:33to cash, like, you know, anybody who's worked in community sector and groups and the scouts or
00:40whatever, or bake sales, if you are going and you're raising coins now, you have a hard job
00:46to go to a bank and deal with any coins. So access to cash to be able to withdraw cash is one thing,
00:51access to be able to go to the bank and actually take your coinage is a serious issue. And I think
00:56that, you know, consideration should be there.
