00:00Right, but we moved into the property in 2019 and not long after that we started getting

00:08problems with drainage overflowing into our drive. Got in touch with Southern Water. Initially

00:17they did decide to come out and do something but the things that they've done have not

00:21alleviated the problem. It's ongoing and I tried to explain to them that it's a combined

00:27system which takes the rainwater and the sewage and they're adamant that it's not, even though

00:34their engineer has been out and seen it. The problem is ongoing and it doesn't matter what

00:39I do, I can't get a resolution from Southern Water and we keep trying and nothing happens.

00:48The result of this problem is the fact that every time we get torrential downpours, which

00:53happens quite a lot lately, we end up with other people's sewage all down our drives.

01:00They come out and clear it up reasonably quickly but that's about as far as it goes. It gets

01:08pushed up to an escalation unit and then it stops.
