01:06From the previous 7 Chinese militia vessels there,

01:09it reached 62.

01:12Our soldiers in the BRP Sierra Madre

01:21But more were killed in Escoda Shoal

02:03But this doesn't mean that China has already controlled Escoda Shoal.

02:08And we have to continue pushing back

02:10against this because the international law is behind us.

02:13The only thing necessary for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing.

02:18The only thing necessary to legitimize the presence of the PLA in the West Philippine Sea

02:26is for the Philippine instrumentality in the maritime domain to stop performing its mandate.

03:22The Chinese Foreign Ministry's answer is that America should stop its use and manipulation in other countries

03:29to counter China.
