00:04And it's still the easterlies or the hot winds from the Pacific Ocean
00:09that are affecting their part of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
00:14Because of that, the weather will continue to be cloudy in a large part of the country.
00:19But there are still expectations of light rain or thunderstorms in the Bicol region,
00:25Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao region because of the easterlies.
00:29While here in Metro Manila and in a large part of the country,
00:32you can wash your hands because the weather will be hot.
00:36There are possibilities that the rainfall will be sudden or quick
00:40due to the localized thunderstorms.
