00:19And I'm Monique Morales, founder and co-founder.

00:23I'm a hairstylist, a celebrity hairstylist.

00:30And I want to showcase my talent here in salon services

00:34so that simple people can also experience

00:37or those who want to get a service.

00:40And I want to explore more about my talent.

00:43I thought that while I'm hairstyling, why not go to a salon

00:47where I can also cater because while doing shoots, up-styling,

00:52I see people going to salons.

00:55Why not? I can also do those services as a hairstylist.

01:01You need to exert more effort if you want to do business

01:06because if you want that business, you need to study it.

01:12So from the first, I studied it for a lot of months like that

01:18to train, to observe.

01:20There's a term now called the skinification of hair and scalp care.

01:25That means that our care for our skin

01:30becomes our care for our hair and scalp.

01:35So we are focused on that now.

01:38The wellness and the health of the hair and skin.

01:43My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is to first find your passion,

01:48match it with what you're actually good at.

01:51Your passion and your skill.

01:53When you find that, that's your sweet spot.

01:55That's where you can do business and serve the community

01:59to the fullest of your ability.

02:02When I entered the business, I really wanted to learn

02:07to build a brand that is replicable and franchisable

02:11to give other entrepreneurs the opportunity to put up their own businesses.

02:17It's like they have a working framework.
