00:17President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led the turnover of the new Philippines Mobile Clinic in Manila North Harbor
00:26which was also led by First Lady Lisa Araneta Marcos and other officials.
00:32The Mobile Clinics' goal is to provide free medical services in 28 provinces
00:39including Zamboanga Peninsula and Bangsamoro.
