00:11There is no question here,
00:12so the deliberation only lasted for a few minutes.
00:16This is what Mela Lesmora said.
00:20The interpolations and the proposed budget
00:22of the Presidential Communication Office,
00:25including attached agencies or corporations, is terminated.
00:30The presidential communications office and its attached agencies
00:34quickly entered the plenary of the camera.

01:03and of providing the agency with sufficient funds.
01:06The Presidential Communications Office
01:08is the lead communications arm of the government
01:12and the primary source of the administration's messages
01:15for an informed and empowered citizenry.
01:18The agency is responsible for crafting,
01:21formulating, developing, enhancing,
01:25and coordinating the messaging system
01:28of the executive branch and the office of the president.
01:32This was accompanied by support from congressmen
01:35and no one questioned this.
01:37I fully agree with you on your sponsorship speech.
01:44As a matter of fact, I do believe that
01:47the office of the Presidential Communications Office
01:50deserves more budget.
01:52So with the importance of this office,
01:56there is no member of the minority who wishes to interpellate.
02:01So with that, I move to terminate the period of interpellation and debate
02:07to the office of the Presidential Communications Office
02:10and its attached agencies.
02:12Thank you, especially to the members of the minority.
02:16The officials and the PCO officials were overjoyed.
