00:00We look at the odds and see where the markets have adapted
00:07after two weeks. The Chiefs remain the short favorites to
00:10win Super Bowl fifty-nine as they are off to a perfect and
00:15undefeated start. Two and oh. As Donnie coined yesterday, Joe,
00:19here on the early line, they're two and oh by a toe in both.
00:23Isaiah Likely's being a little bit too far out of the end zone
00:27in week number one in the season debut in the toe of
00:30Harrison Bunker delivering the fifty-one yard field goal and
00:33game winner for KC because of a pass interference call against
00:37Cincinnati on Sunday plus 490 for the Chiefs but the story
00:42throughout much of the offseason preseason training
00:44camp even early in week number one with San Francisco being
00:48right there neck and neck with Kansas City. In fact, it points
00:51in the offseason. San Francisco was the favorite despite losing
00:55to Kansas City in Las Vegas despite dropping two of the
00:58previous five Super Bowls to KC in the last half decade. Now,
01:03the San Francisco 49ers backed by over a dollar and a half at
01:07plus 650. They're one and one. They got upset in Minneapolis
01:11last week but I think the reason why we're seeing some
01:13negative regression in the market movement for the 49ers
01:17Joe, the injuries to Christian McCaffrey already on the IR and
01:20Debo Samuel might be joining him at least missing a few weeks
01:24with the calf injury. Yeah. Well, and you know, you can't
01:28lose the Sam Donald, can you because that's exactly what you
01:32did and that's a problem here. So, you know, the the problem
01:38then that people are going to have is the recency bias when
01:41it comes to this stuff. I can assure you that nothing we see
01:45in September in all likelihood is going to resemble any of
01:48these teams come November. Then we see it each and every year.
01:53So, I wouldn't put a whole lot of stock into anything we're
01:57seeing here but I'll tell you this and I'll point to the
02:01bills who's hovering around that nine to 110 to one mark
02:04here. If that Bill's team can be more than just Josh Allen,
02:12then I do think that from what I've seen the first couple of
02:15weeks from them, it's a different feel for this Bill
02:18squad, a team that I've been on a lot over the last couple of
02:21years. Uh if they can be more than just the Josh Allen show
02:26and I the same problem I have with Baltimore. I think it's
02:29going unfortunately for them. I think their only option is the
02:31Lamar Jackson show and I think that's a recipe for disaster
02:35but I think if if some of these guys step up offensively for
02:39Buffalo, they are a real contender this year and nobody
02:43seems to be talking about him like we have in years past.
