00:53Parts of Rizal Street and E.B. Fernandez Avenue were also flooded.

00:57The traffic was slow.

00:59Some houses were also flooded in the city.

01:02In Poblacion Weste, 300 houses were affected by high tide.

01:06It's hard to live in a situation like this.

01:10Some owners of the establishment prepared a sandbag in case the tide rises.

01:15According to the CDRRMO, the tide level in the city reached 1.2 meters a few days ago.

01:21This is an effect of heavy rain and strong winds.

01:24Our main concern for this week will be the high tide.

01:33Since September 16, the No Sailing, No Swimming, and No Fishing policy in Dagupan City has been strictly enforced.
