00:00Good afternoon. Let's first update on what we are monitoring, Tropical Depression Henner.
00:07At the moment, we have two storms being monitored, one inside and one outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:16First is Henner. Earlier at 4 in the afternoon, it was at a distance of 365 kilometers,
00:23it was at a distance of 1,000 kilometers from Baguio City.
00:27This is caused by a strong wind of 55 kilometers per hour near the center and a storm of 70 kilometers per hour.
00:37It is moving in the direction of 1,000 kilometers per hour at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour.
00:42We will update you on the other details of Henner later.
00:48Another storm that we are monitoring outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility is Tropical Storm Pulasan.
00:57As we can see, it is very close to the boundary of our power line.
01:02It is at a distance of 1,980 kilometers.
01:06It comes from the extreme northern Luzon.
01:08It is caused by a strong wind of 85 kilometers per hour near the center and a storm of 105 kilometers per hour.
01:18It is moving in the direction of Kanluran at a speed of 70 kilometers per hour.
01:24As we mentioned earlier, it is very close to the boundary of our power line.
01:29We are not removing the possibility of it entering our Philippine Area of Responsibility soon.
01:37It is also possible for it to leave our Philippine Area of Responsibility by tomorrow afternoon.
01:44Although, we are not removing the possibility of it leaving earlier if it moves faster.
01:52When Tropical Storm Pulasan enters our Philippine Area of Responsibility, we will give it a local name, Helen.
02:00This is the track of Tropical Depression Helen.
02:07We expect that after 24 hours, it will be far from the landmass.
02:13It is at 840 kilometers west of the northern Luzon, outside of the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
02:20After 48 hours, it will be at 1,740 kilometers west of the northern Luzon.
02:28It is possible for Helen to leave our Philippine Area of Responsibility by tonight or tomorrow early morning.
02:38We can also see on the track that it is possible for it to be a tropical storm by tomorrow morning.
02:46Although, if it moves faster, it will be far from our landmass.
02:51We also have the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal.
02:55The highest is Signal No. 1 in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, and the western portion of Pangasinan.

03:10What are we expecting?
03:12We still have strong rains caused by Tropical Depression Henner.
03:16We still have strong rains caused by Tropical Depression Henner.

03:26Heavy to intense rains, 100 to 200 millimeters of rainfall today in Palawan, Occidental, Mindoro, Aklan, Antique, and Negros Occidental.
03:36Moderate to heavy rains in Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Region, Bicol Region, Zabuanga del Sur, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur,
03:46Lanao del Norte, Maguindanao del Sur, and the cold portion of Nimaropa, the cold portion of Western Visayas, and the cold portion of Negros Island Region.
03:57By tomorrow or by Wednesday, we still have strong rains caused by southwest monsoon in Palawan, Occidental, Mindoro, Aklan, and Antique.
04:08While moderate to heavy rains, 50 to 100 millimeters in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Bicol Region, and the cold portion of Nimaropa, Aklan, and Negros Oriental.
04:23And then by Thursday, southwest monsoon is what we see bringing strong rains, so heavy to intense, 100 to 200 millimeters of rain in Occidental, Mindoro.

04:55Also, be careful of those who live in landslides and flood-prone areas in the areas of flooding or landslides, especially those that rained in the past few days.
05:06We're also expecting strong winds because of the enhanced southwest monsoon.
