00:00Traditionally, in mid-September, the Lechite Run took place in Gniezno, an event that was permanently included in the sports calendar of events in Poland.
00:10The most popular is the so-called Lechite half-marathon, whose historic route for 47 years is located between Ostrów Lednicki and Gniezno.
00:20There were a dozen foreigners on this year's start list, from countries such as Australia, Canada, Norway, Great Britain, Germany, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, but the biggest group were, of course, Poles.
00:32The route, which is just over 21 km long, has the certificate of the Polish Association of Light Athletics.
00:38The winner of the race was Andrzej Rogiewicz from Grudziądz with a time of 9 minutes 26 seconds, and among the women, Małgorzata Brzozowska won for the third time with a time of 1 hour 18 minutes 38 seconds.
00:523,567 participants signed up for all running distances.
00:57At the start of the main run, the Lechite half-marathon, 2,263 people stopped, and 2,256 people crossed the finish line.
01:06223 participants participated in the Lechite half-marathon.
01:11All people finished the race.
01:13The Lechite half-marathon is the oldest half-marathon in Poland.
