00:00The events that took place in a press conference of the biggest annual charity bazaar in the country

00:04that took place in the city of Pasay. Let's take a look at it.

00:09Shop global, help local.

00:12This is the theme of the International Bazaar

00:14that will take place again on November 3

00:17in an exhibition and trade center in Pasay.

00:21Namaste!

00:23The year of the bazaar was led by the International Bazaar Foundation Incorporated

00:28in cooperation with the Spouses of the Heads of Missions

00:31and Diplomatic and Consular Missions in the Philippines.

00:35And recently, the International Bazaar 2024 press conference was held

00:40as a preparation for opening it to the public.

00:44This is a bazaar that is not just for the sake of shopping

00:48but more because we would like to touch more lives

00:52through the funds that we raise

00:55because the programs that we undertake

00:57like for example, scholarship programs,

01:00support for the elderly and abused children,

01:03victims of calamities,

01:05start-up funds for livelihood projects for distressed communities,

01:09these are really the aim of IVF.

01:14It's to help more people and to give them hope.

01:21At the previous press conference,

01:23the Diplomatic Missions of Argentina,

01:26Australia, Ghana, Hungary, India,

01:29Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, Syria,

01:32Turkey, United States of America and Vietnam

01:36showed off their popular products.

01:39This year, after a very long time,

01:42the U.S. is joining

01:44and they're having 16 booths with different products.

01:49According to the U.S. and Vietnam,

01:51this is a great opportunity for their country

01:54to introduce their own culture and products

01:58to those who choose to come to the Philippines.

02:01I think the part of what will help us here

02:03is that it will point out to Filipinos

02:05in case they're not aware

02:07that many of the food items are nice

02:09and so we're really excited

02:11that we have a chance to just point out

02:13some of the great ingredients

02:15the Filipinos are already enjoying

02:17and maybe give some of them a chance

02:19to try something new, too.

02:21We can show you a lot of special unit products

02:25already exported to the Philippines

02:27and some we want to distribute in the Philippines.

02:30It's also distributed to a lot of countries in the world.

02:34Through the support of the International Bazaar,

02:37we're not only able to get

02:39high-quality products from all over the world,

02:42but we're also providing

02:45important help to those in need

02:47in our own community.
