この日はABEMA湘南銀行平塚競輪場協賛による「オールスター競輪平塚ナイター」として開催。平塚競輪場のイメージキャラクターを務める篠崎が会場を盛り上げた。第4ゲート横には、競輪選手が練習で使うワットバイクの試乗コーナーや平塚競輪オリジナルグッズが当たる特設ブース、競技用自転車を展示したJKA補助金事業PRブースなどが設けられた。
