Germany has announced that it's implementing new border checks for the next six months to curb the influx of illegal migrants. Which other countries within the Schengen Area are doing the same and why?

00:48This trend is driven by the increasingly tense geopolitical scenario and related terrorist threats and hate crimes,

01:05They prompted France and Slovenia to reinforce their border security in the summer and autumn.
