CONOR McGREGOR showed off his fighting skills on a punch machine for his millions of fans around the world.

But McGregor, 36, didn't show the final score he got after launching a powerful left hook.

The UFC legend is preparing for a highly-anticipated return to the octagon three years after his horror leg break at UFC 264 against Dustin Poirier.

The Irish bruiser hinted his comeback may not be far off as he had a go at a punch machine for his 47.4 million Instagram followers.

The Notorious shared a clip of him whacking the machine from two different angles.

However, some of the MMA great's fans quickly noticed something fishy.

One fan posted: "Didn't even show the score."

Another asked: "Not gonna show the score??"

A third wondered: "What score did you get?"

While another added: "Didn't show the score ha."

McGregor was all set to fight Michael Chandler in June before breaking his left pinky toe in one of his final sparring sessions.

The knock meant the Irishman was forced to go up a shoe size, but he maintained high spirits.

McGregor told SunSport: "I'm good, very good. I'm a [shoe] size up right now.

"I'm back in running runners. I can run, I can box. These shoes [are] a little bit tricky to get into - I just went up a size."
