00:00All right, let's pay attention to the situation in Green Bay, Malik Willis stepping in for
00:07the injured Jordan Love, listed three to five weeks out for Love.
00:11We'll monitor that each and every week, each and every day here on the network.
00:14But what does that do to the offensive ecosystem, in particular, Marshawn Lloyd?
00:19Well Marshawn Lloyd obviously already didn't play, I should say, as this game has gone
00:24past.
00:25But don't forget about him this week on your waiver wire, because just the fact that he
00:29didn't play in the first week with a hamstring issue, they're going to have to lean very
00:32heavily on this run game going forward.
00:34Now that means a lot of Josh Jacobs, his stock kind of goes up a tad, not too much.
00:38It goes up from a volume standpoint, but not in terms of a good scoring opportunity standpoint,
00:44because the pivot is now what, Malik Willis?
00:46That is not a good scenario, okay?
00:47So I'm not looking at that one as a good look here for the Green Bay Packers.
00:52But that also means that Josh Jacobs, who has had some injury issues already this preseason
00:57heading into the year, could mean Marshawn Lloyd, who was one of my favorite running
01:01backs coming in this year to the draft, could really be a guy you're happy to own.
01:05Now, he is only 61% rostered currently, so he's out there in more leagues than you realize.
01:10If he is, despite the fact that he's got no stats, so when people sort him, they're going
01:14to look and they're going to say, oh, you know, Marshawn Lloyd didn't even play.
01:17They might not even realize in casual leagues that he was out for that game.
01:20He's a stash guy, because I think as the season goes on in the next couple weeks here, you're
01:24going to see them rely heavily on that run game.
01:26You didn't need him active in that first week, but he's going to have to be active
01:29very soon to support whatever's left of this offense now that Malik Willis could be running
01:34it for at least a month.
