00:44Now, they are undergoing a booking process, including fingerprint and mug shot.
00:52The physical and medical examination has also been completed.
00:56And this is already happening because earlier this afternoon,
01:04there was a negotiation to allow them to surrender because we gave them an ultimatum
01:15that within 24 hours, they need to surrender and there was a negotiation.
01:20So, these are joint efforts of PNP and AFP.
01:25Ma'am, did they surrender inside the Kingdom of Jesus Christ?
01:32Yes, they surrendered inside the KOJC compound.
01:38Ma'am, here inside the PNP custodial center, will they be together in a room?
01:42How will this happen?

02:46Ma'am, what about the 24-hour ultimatum that you mentioned earlier?
02:50The PNP gave us the ultimatum to surrender.
02:54Otherwise, we will enter a particular building that does not allow us to enter.
03:00So, there was a negotiation.
03:02The PNP was led by an intelligence group.
03:07One of them helped us.
03:09That led to the peaceful surrender of Napastoky Buloy and four others.
03:13We are thankful for this peaceful process.
03:21Ma'am, where did they hide?
03:23I don't have the liberty to reveal that.
03:26The important thing for now is that the PNP is in custody.
03:30Tomorrow, we expect that the warrants of arrest will be returned to the issuing courts.
03:37Particularly, to Quezon City where the other cases were transferred to Davao and RTC 159.
03:45Ma'am, where is the underground?
03:48I don't have any information on that.
03:51The important thing is that we are the ones who are looking for them.

04:00I haven't seen them yet.
04:02I don't know where they will be kept.
04:05We already have a plan.
04:07Earlier, while the negotiation was ongoing, we already planned where their cells will go.
04:14We will give additional details as we go.
04:18Definitely, they will be separated.
04:21What is the plan, ma'am?
04:23Well, as to the operational details and planning, we will just wait and finish the process.
