Greengage tree and fill our pockets with these sour and delicious fruits. We would bring the Greengages we had picked home for our mother to make a heavenly dessert with fragrant herbs.

1.5 kg Greengage
50 gr Coriander
50 gr Mint
50 gr Ouji or Khanesh (kind of Pennyroyal)
50 gr Mentha Pulegium
30 gr Eryngium Planum (Flat Sea Holly)
Salt as needed..
