00:00Several group photos between arresting personnel, government officials, and dismissed Bamban
00:04Mayor Alice Cuo circulating on social media have caught the attention of House lawmakers.
00:11Representative Robert Ace Barbers expressed disbelief on the photos and wants to have
00:16them validated first, but also said the former local chief executive shouldn't be treated
00:21like a celebrity.
00:24Representative Dan Fernandez theorized this might merely be a tactic employed by arresting
00:28authorities anchored on reverse psychology to make Cuo more comfortable and eventually
00:34gain her sympathy to cooperate with the ongoing probes.
00:38But Bukidnon Second District Representative Keith Flores did not like the actuations of
00:44National Bureau of Investigation or NBI and Bureau of Immigration or BI personnel, as
00:50well as other government officials, and demanded an explanation.
00:56I guess we really have to validate that.
00:58But if that is not an edited picture, it speaks of something and we will have to look deeper
01:10into that.
01:11We cannot blame them.
01:14Of course, sometimes you have to do something to gain their trust and confidence.
