Developers want to transform a disused water tower into a stunning three-bedroom house with an extension.
The tower's anonymous owner has submitted plans to turn Bilbrough Water Tower in York, UK, into a house and build a wooden, log cabin-style extension too.
The concrete structure was sold at auction for £50,000 last year.
Now plans have been submitted to City of York Council to build a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen in a single-storey extension.
This would connect to a bedroom on the ground floor of the tower and there would be another bedroom on the second floor, plans show.
The plans - submitted by Architectural Services York - also include a double driveway at the front of the property with room for other parking spaces on the site.
