A crocodile sculpture has appeared at a British harbour made infamous by a 'croc sighting' - which sparked a police response.
The reptile has been placed in an alcove overlooking the Floating Harbour in Bristol.
It pays homage to a crocodile that has entered local folklore since first allegedly being spotted near Bedminster Bridge.
The first ''sighting'' of the crocodile happened in 2014 when a bus driver claimed he saw one.
Police tweeted at the time: "One of our officers was flagged down by a bus driver today, claiming to have seen a 6ft crocodile. We can't find it.''
