00:23That is the order of our President, to lower the government in the whole country,
00:31all departments, all branches of the government that are here.
00:36That is why I am really thankful to you, to those who are serving.
00:41It's okay to be a little stingy, as long as you are happy,
00:46as long as you are strong, as long as you are happy.
00:48The people of Davao, that is really what we want to see.
00:52This is the message left by House Speaker Martin Ruwaldes
00:56when he invited the 23 new Philippine Service Fairs in Davao City.
01:02He promised that the leadership of the Camera will continue to uphold the order of President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.
01:09that in the new Philippines, no Filipino will be left behind.
01:12That is why the BPSF in Davao City became successful and was able to provide assistance to the estimated 250,000 individuals.
01:21The program also distributed P1.2 billion worth of assistance
01:26to both cash and in-kind assistance from 38 government agencies.
01:31But aside from the assistance provided by the Service Fair,
01:34there are other programs launched in Davao City.
01:37One of them is the Integrated Scholarship and Incentives Program, or ISIP,
01:41where 3,000 students receive P5,000 cash assistance every six months.
01:49They were also given P5,000 of rice.
01:52They can also easily get a job because they are included in the Government Internship Program, or GIP,
01:59where they have the priority of being employed at the time of completion of their studies.
02:03Another program launched by the government in Davao City is the Cash Assistance and Rice Distribution Program, or CARD.
02:10Here, there are 3,000 PWD, post-income, and senior citizens who were also given P5,000 cash assistance.
02:19And 20 kilos of rice.
02:21For those who are planning to start a business, whether small or large,
02:25the government also launched a program for them.
02:29This is the Startup Investments, Business Opportunity, and Livelihood, or CIBOL Program.
02:34The 3,000 beneficiaries chosen for the program also received P5,000 cash assistance from ACAP as their initial payment.
02:45But aside from the aforementioned programs, the government also did not forget those who are sick in Davao City.
02:51That is why House Speaker Martin Romualdez himself went to the Southern Philippines Medical Center to give assistance.
02:59And here, he announced that the hospital will be given P50 million for those who request a zero bill from the hospital from September 5 to 6.

03:21But if there is a gift for the patients, the leadership of the Chamber will soon announce it to the poorest of the poor.
03:29Among the 300 street dwellers, street sweepers, and even laypeople, P10,000 was given to help the BPSF.
03:42This was added to the P20,000 of rice.

03:54I hope that they will continue to help the poor and not just here.
04:03Thank you very much to our government and to the programs like this.
