00:00And in the middle of a bad time, three inmates of Taytay Rizal Custodial Facility
00:07were arrested yesterday.
00:09Two of them were arrested while the other one was still looking for Isaiah Mirafuentes at the center of the news.
00:21Three persons were rescued under police custody or PUPC at Taytay Rizal Custodial Facility.
00:28This was after three inmates helped to lift the jail's iron yesterday afternoon.
00:35Three of the inmates were arrested together inside the jail that served as a lookout.
00:42Two of the inmates were put back in jail after being caught by the police while the other one was still looking for an escape.
00:49We immediately created three tracker teams to at least track the three people who were rescued.
00:55Eventually, we were able to catch the two people who were rescued.
01:02One of them was charged with violating Section 11 of RA 9165
01:09and the other was charged with violating Section 5 but 11 of RA 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.
01:18While the other one was charged with violating RA 10591 or Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
01:27According to the authorities, the family of the other escaped inmate is helping the police.
01:34For those who know the other escaped inmate, if something happens, please inform the police immediately where he is located so that we can catch him.
01:48BTV News tried to talk to the two people who were arrested but the media did not allow them to enter the custodial facility.
