00:00What's up GQ? Stephon Diggs here. Today I go undercover on the internet.
00:06It's actually me.
00:10Quora.
00:13Is that it? Is that a new app?
00:16Is Stephon Diggs the missing piece for the Texans offense?
00:18I won't speak on being a missing piece,
00:21but I will say what I bring to the table can help this team win
00:24amongst the other guys that they brought in like Danil Hunter, Joe Mixon, with hopes of getting exactly where we want to go.
00:30Is Stephon Diggs a top five receiver in the NFL right now?
00:35It's all opinion based. Of course, you'll have Quora opinions, Yahoo opinions, Twitter opinions,
00:41Facebook opinions, Instagram opinions about X, Y, Z, and I respect it. I respect everybody's opinion.
00:49Next, which NBA players would make the best NFL receiver? This is a very complicated question.
00:54I think Kyrie Irving would make a good receiver, in my opinion. We go back to opinions.
00:59There you go.
01:01X.
01:05I said, cheat meal day is here. Icy Diggs said, what's the meal looking like, Diggs?
01:11Currently, I'm a fan favorite of pancakes. I'll cheat a little bit with a chocolate chip pancake.
01:15My assistant doesn't know that. Don't tell her. So any spots in Houston or New York, anything stateside, pancakes, let me know.
01:22Posted, Trayvon and Stephon Diggs on the Cowboys? Could you imagine?
01:27Imagine. Maybe one day. You never know, but no time soon, son. As a kid, we were like five years apart,
01:33so I always wanted to play with my little brother. He's healed up from injury, so my guy's ready to play. Still pulling for him.
01:39Next.
01:40Hold up.
01:41I watched Stephon Diggs since he was a freshman at Maryland, and I'm just now finding out he got drafted in the fifth round.
01:46Could have sworn he went first round. I'm tripping. Shout out to Ohio BBC.
01:52Sound like a great guy. I really appreciate that. People do think I went in the first round.
01:56They said I had first round talent. BBC,
01:59thanks.
02:01Next.
02:04Remember that one that you went to my rival high school and gave everyone free cleats? Do me a solid and just
02:10accidentally send me a pair. And it was a tweet from Outlander magazine. They tweeted my ASICs. Shout out to ASICs.
02:16It's only 250 pairs, family and friends.
02:18But be on the lookout, shoot some prayers up to the sky, and tweet at ASICs as many times as you can
02:24so we can come out with a retail shoe so I can share with the world because I feel like everybody should have some
02:29on their feet. D Sal, you're not really friend or family. More like
02:33acquaintance, maybe? If we rock, paper, scissors, you lose, you give me a pair of shoes. You know, something could happen. Shit.
02:39Maybe. I don't know. But thanks for the support.
02:43Reddit.
02:46Can any Texans fan speak on what his role is supposed to be based on any chatter?
02:52I expect my role as a Houston Texan to be my role I've been since I came in this league. A high-energy guy,
02:59charismatic, I'm a leader, I work extremely hard, and I love the game of football.
03:03I don't expect my role to change any different since I was a rookie to my 10th year now. Your surroundings change,
03:09you don't change. Next.
03:12Stephon Diggs, first ASIC shoe. Thoughts on these? Obviously, I'm still here for this collab, but how did this even come about?
03:19Balenciaga had came out with a shoe that kind of looked similar to an ASIC.
03:22I said I'd rather wear the ASIC because the Balenciaga shoe was a little bulky and it didn't really go with everything that I wore.
03:27So I said, why not just wear the OG? A lot of people start wearing them.
03:31I'm not gonna take full credit for them, but you know, if you know, you know.
03:36TikTok.
03:39TikTok.
03:44Best thing about Texas so far.
03:47I enjoy the people. I enjoy the food on the cheat day. I'm extremely happy right now, and I don't smile much.
03:52So, there you go.
03:56Stephon is glistening. He's such a fashion king. I wonder how much input he had on this look.
04:02I had a lot of input and it was kind of wanting to appear wet as like water.
04:06So glistening is as close to water as you'll get, I guess.
04:10Posted.
04:12Back to X.
04:13How are you feeling about the weather so far?
04:15You know, I played in Minnesota. I played in Buffalo. Very cold places. And then I switched over to a place closer to hell.
04:22That's how hot it gets. You get used to it.
04:25Next.
04:26I tweeted, ketchup goes in the fridge, by the way, not the cabinet.
04:29Poet Jillian Hainsworth.
04:31What about hot sauce?
04:32Hot sauce?
04:34Went in the cabinet, because it's hot.
04:36You see the correlation.
04:38But I like what you did. I could see the poetry just flowing throughout the tweet.
04:44I tweeted, tried my new Peli for today.
04:4610 out of 10.
04:48Zach Sheldon tweeted, favorite Disney song.
04:50I don't know what that had to do with my Peli, though.
04:52Favorite Disney song. Let me see.
04:56That's so Raven.
04:58It's the future I can see.
05:00Does that count as a song?
05:02Raven Simone. Shout out to you.
05:04Hope everything's well. Grew up with you. Damn near.
05:07It's my cousin.
05:10What's your favorite thing to cook, Stefon Diggs?
05:12If you had to pick.
05:13As you can imagine, I went to culinary school for like a year and a half.
05:16I'm a big breakfast guy.
05:18Any man should be able to make breakfast, I feel like.
05:20You need breakfast, I got you.
05:22Posted.
05:25How did I not know Stefon Diggs had so many tattoos?
05:28Tattoo tour, please.
05:29I'm not taking my clothes off. No, no tattoo tour.
05:31It's like a surprise.
05:33You know, for my significant other.
05:36Take my damn clothes off.
05:38Back to Cora.
05:40What NFL receiver in his prime was the best deep threat in league history?
05:43Randy Moss. There's no confusion.
05:45Statistically, people want to throw in J. Wright just because he had 30,000 yards.
05:49He eclipsed everything. He played with the best quarterbacks ever.
05:52But Randy Moss did something for the game nobody had ever done at that point.
05:55And to this day, they still hang their hat on, you got Moss.
05:58So, I give him my one.
06:01What NFL receiver do you think had the best hands ever?
06:04I think Chris Carter had some very exceptional hands.
06:07They played in the air right after the stick'em.
06:09He played with gloves that probably weren't that sticky.
06:11He was catching everything with one hand.
06:13I think Chris Carter had some of the best hands to ever play the game.
06:16Posted.
06:18Wikipedia.
06:20That's when they say I'm from Florida.
06:23And track and field, Diggs completed as a sprinter.
06:26Yeah, I ran a .400 and a .200.
06:28Strong runner.
06:29My first time ever running a .400, I ran like a .49 or something.
06:32And I walked somebody down.
06:33It's just true.
06:34That's anybody from around the way.
06:38His highlights include in the catch, Minneapolis Miracle.
06:40Passed during the 2017-2018 NFL playoffs.
06:43I had some ups, had some downs that year.
06:45And when that play happened, I kind of came full circle.
06:47That all the work I had put in and everything I had done was really worth it.
06:50And God was watching.
06:51So, he's shown me more than he'll ever have to say.
06:54All right.
06:56I'm done with the questions.
06:57I'm getting off the internet for now.
06:59Feel free to ask me any more questions in real life.
