00:18An ex-Sangrian bayan member, Dolores Abra, was wounded in a gunfight.

00:22In Banna, Ilocos Norte, a construction worker was killed after being shot in the head.

00:34A 54-year-old construction worker named Isaac Casay, alias Big Su, was dead on the spot.

00:40After being shot yesterday in Tab-Tabagan, Banna, Ilocos Norte,

00:44the victim was shot in the head several times.

00:47In a police investigation, the victim went to the place where he was riding a motorcycle.

00:51While on his way home, he was shot by unknown suspects.

00:55Twenty-one barrels of different caliber guns were recovered in the crime scene.

01:00A 45-caliber gun was also recovered in the bag of the victim, according to the police.

01:04The victim was previously involved in a crime.

01:06It was reported to his wife that someone pointed a gun at him when he asked for a loan.

01:11To this day, the police still know the motive of the crime and the identities of the suspects.

01:17The ex-Sangrian bayan member, Gregorio Castillo Sr., was wounded in a gunfight

01:22after being shot by the Dolores Abra population.

01:25In a police investigation, the victim was inside a car and was standing in front of the land

01:31where the motorcycle-riding suspect hit him and shot him.

01:35The victim was shot in the head and was immediately taken to the hospital.

01:39No barrels of bullets were recovered in the crime scene.

01:42The main motive and identities of the suspects are still being investigated.

01:46The victim has not yet been released and is now recovering in the hospital.
