00:00The Kingdom of Jesus Christ, or KOJC, is accusing the Philippine National Police, or PNP, of
00:06conducting activities that might be detrimental to the integrity of the structures inside
00:11their compound.
00:12For their part, though, the National Police has an immediate answer to this new allegation
00:16from the religious group.
00:17What that new accusation is from KOJC, Patrick de Jesus reveals in this story.
00:28In this video shared on social media by KOJC legal counsel attorney Israelito Torreon,
00:35allegedly taken at the Jose Maria College inside the KOJC compound, the sound of what
00:42seems to be drilling or digging in the ground can be heard.
00:49In another video, the continuous sound of drilling can still be heard, which, according
00:56to Torreon, could affect the structural integrity of the building.
01:01In this photo, a deep excavation in the ground can be seen.
01:05It is still unclear where this is, prompting the KOJC camp to call on the PNP to grant
01:12them access to the basement of the JMC building to verify if any drilling has indeed been
01:19done there by the police.
01:46The PNP had earlier suggested that KOJC leader Apollo Quibuloy and other accused individuals
01:54might be hiding in a secret tunnel or underground bunker.
01:59They neither confirmed nor denied the alleged drilling at the KOJC compound, stating that
02:05not all of their activities in serving at restaurants are made public to avoid jeopardizing
02:11their operations.
02:13But PNP Acting Chief-PIO Police Col. Jean Fajardo explained.
02:42The KOJC camp objected to this and called the ongoing PNP operations an overkill.
02:57It is now the 10th day of the PNP's search for Quibuloy and other accused individuals
03:03at the KOJC compound.
03:05Vice President Sara Duterte believes Quibuloy is no longer in Davao City.
03:11However, the PNP insists the information they gathered indicates the accused, all of
03:16them, are still there.
03:19The police have searched about 50 percent of the KOJC compound, but resistance from
03:25some KOJC members continues to be a challenge for the PNP.
03:30Amid the fears of Quibuloy's camp of an alleged threat to his life, which is why he has not
03:36The PNP asserts they are ready to provide security to the KOJC leader so he can face
03:43the accusations of human trafficking and child sexual abuse against him.
04:06Patrick de Azuz, from The National TV, for a new and better Philippines.
