00:00We have a standard operating procedure. Of course, the main element here is we are monitoring the weather situation and of course the flooding.
00:17But so far, the problem is the strong winds. But unfortunately, if we look at the forecast, it may be stronger tomorrow here in Manila before it crosses Cagayan before heading north.
00:39So we are watching it. We are just looking at the school. Of course, the LGUs make their own decisions with that, except if there is a region-wide assessment that they cannot enter.
00:57In terms of work, we are just looking at whether our employees can go to work and return home. It's important that they return home because it's hard for them to stand in the workplace.
01:15So that's what we are watching now. We are prepared for the aftermath of all of this. As usual, we have forwarded the requirements. We will just have to wait for the weather to see what it will do.
01:30Hopefully, it will get better for us. But even if it does not, we have all the elements in place to support our people who will suffer because of the flooding.
01:47So we are just watching it and we are trying to adjust. We leave a lot of the decision-making to the LGUs and to the regional offices because the situation is different. But as we go on to the rest of the day, we will see. We will try to give the bulletin as early as possible for work and school tomorrow.
02:13Ang instruction ko sa kanila, kung maaari, bago tayong matulog, alam na natin kung may pasok, may pasok hindi. Para makapag-adjust naman ang mga talaga.
02:43Doon lang naman nagbabago. As a whole, nationwide, regionwide, islandwide, kung ano man ang area na affected, we are monitoring and we will give the advisories as quickly as we can. So doon kami pumapasok sa national. That's when we come in and make the advisories as to whether or not may pasok sa eskwela, may pasok sa kabahan.
