00:00But George, we've definitely reached the point of tight end
00:06where you're picking your favorite, meaning that, hey,
00:08look, you know, David and Joku, who we're going to talk about
00:11next, people who have short memories are going to remember
00:15how great he was in the second half of the season.
00:17He was like a league-winning tight end, but then you have
00:20Brock Bowers right after him and some other tight ends that
00:23we're going to get to and I think it just comes down to at
00:25this point who you like, who you think has a chance to maybe
00:29be better than the projections.
00:31But I'm pretty comfortable, by the way, starting in Joku and
00:33a fantasy league going into the season, I'm pretty comfortable
00:38taking Brock Bowers and understanding that the Raiders,
00:41although I don't know why they took him, are going to, you
00:44know, they're going to have to play this guy, right?
00:46Like, but, you know, the truth is that they drafted Michael
00:48Meyer a couple of years ago and they didn't play him a ton.
00:50They drafted him in the first round.
00:51I can't imagine them doing that twice though, with Bowers.
00:56You know, I think they drafted Bowers because they did
00:59what, well, I guess what you should do in fantasy, they went
01:01BPA, best player available and Bowers was staring at him.
01:04He fell a little bit further than we thought, so they grabbed
01:06him. I mean, I agree.
01:07You already had Meyer.
01:08You have so many other needs there.
01:10When you draft Bowers, don't you have to design your offense
01:12around him?
01:13You know, shouldn't he be the focal point?
01:15I know you got Devontae Adams.
01:16I get it, but you got, I mean, Bowers has to be a focal point
01:19at some point.
01:20But then again, for me, I said, I think this Raiders team is
01:22a work in progress here.
01:23I don't think their quarterback's not on the roster.
01:25I think it could be Dak Prescott next year and maybe that's
01:28when they'll worry about this team here.
01:30But I do like Bowers.
01:31You waited this long.
01:32He's an upside guy.
01:33We'll see what happens here.
01:34There are other guys you can put in this category as well.
01:36Dallas Goddard, Philadelphia, right?
01:39We think their offense is going to cook.
01:40You know, you got Devontae Smith.
01:42They got A.J.
01:42Brown.
01:43You got Saquon Barth.
01:44We know Jalen Hurtswell.
01:45No one's going to be worried about Dallas Goddard.
01:47So he's a player I kind of like here as well for Philadelphia.
01:51You know, they do throw him the ball.
01:53He needs a little more touchdowns from him as well.
01:55As I said, it's tough to feed everybody there, but I like
01:57Dallas Goddard as well here.
01:59And a player, I understand they got Stephon Diggs.
02:02All right, I get it.
02:04But Dalton Schultz was pretty good last year.
02:06Yeah, I think his numbers could come down.
02:08Sure, because Diggs has to be fed as well, but this is an
02:10offense, another offense that should cook.
02:12There might be enough balls for everyone.
02:15Yeah, and I think Schultz, you know, again, coming out of
02:18New, who did he replace in Dallas that he came out of
02:20nowhere with?
02:21I don't remember.
02:21They had a different tight end there.
02:23It wasn't Whitman.
02:24Tight end, he got hurt.
02:26Blake, Blake Jarwin.
02:27Blake Jarwin.
02:28That was the guy.
02:29Blake Jarwin got hurt and we've never heard from him again.
02:32He got hurt.
02:33Just one of those guys that injury, that injury took effect,
02:36right?
02:36We never heard from Jarwin again.
02:37Dallas, we're watching Jarwin, Schultz, and now Ferguson.
02:41They do pull tight ends out of their backside.
02:43I mean, they don't expect to be good guys.
