Fuelled by recent shows like Bridgerton and longstanding film franchises like James Bond and Harry Potter, the UK is seeing an influx of 'set-jetters': visitors who choose their travel destination after seeing it on screen. In Bath, where Bridgerton -- a Netflix hit -- has several sets, walking tours scour the picturesque streets and stately homes seen in the show.

00:31I would say that watching Bridgerton definitely influenced my decision to come to Bath specifically.
00:38I wouldn't say the whole of the UK, but absolutely I stopped in to Bath because I knew it was a filming location.
00:43So I decided to spend two nights here on my way to Wales.
00:48Nice to be able to come here and we decided to do Bath because we've never been here before and...
00:54We wanted to see the Bridgerton filming locations.
01:00We've all got these little headphones so we're going to listen to some music from the show and from the unofficial musical...
01:20...and a bit of famous music from around Bath as well.
01:23We're going to stop at all the popular locations where Bath was filmed.
01:28And I'm just going to tell them some fun facts about behind the scenes stuff and about the locations around Bath.
01:49I think it almost rivals Hollywood for example.
01:52So I think it's something that we can really own.
01:54The creative industries are thriving in Britain and we're able to link those creative industries to the amazing visitor experiences.
02:01And for Britain we see film and TV as our shop window to the world.
02:06You've got the iconic landmarks, we've got Tower Bridge here behind us seen in the Spider-Man movie.
02:12You've got all of the amazing heritage houses across the country which make perfect backdrops for shows like Bridgerton.
02:19And I think that is why Britain does so well.
02:21It's like you don't need to come and build a set here, we have a real life film set.
