Bodycam footage of ‘career criminal’ Curtis Warren’s arrest has been released by the National Crime Agency (NCA), after he received a suspended sentence for breaching his Serious Crime Prevention Order (SCPO) yesterday (August 27).

00:00At this moment in time, you're under arrest on suspicion of breaching a received crime
00:08prevention order.
00:09You do not have to say anything but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when
00:12questioned or something which you later rely on in court.
00:14Anything you do say may be given evidence.
00:16The grounds for this arrest are, since you were released from prison back in the last
00:19year you've been subject to a received crime prevention order which obviously has certain
00:22restrictions and stuff like that on you.
00:24Obviously as part of the National Crime Agency investigation we've identified that you've
00:27breached that order on a number of occasions.
00:29So this arrest is necessary for a prompt and effective investigation and obviously to prevent
00:33the loss and damage of evidence.
