00:00Hoolicam, here in Pangasinan where two men escaped,

00:04were stealing chickens in a barangay in Kalasyao.

00:08In Bantay, Ilocos Surama, a video was captured of a tricycle that was hit by an SUV.

00:21The tricycle was in the outer lane.

00:24The driver was waiting for the cars to pass by

00:27when he saw that it was already wide open, he u-turned until he saw the approaching SUV.

00:32The tricycle turned around and the driver threw it away.

00:36This happened in Bantay, Ilocos Sur.

00:49The tricycle driver was injured. According to the PNP, the two parties immediately settled.

00:57In the CCTV footage, the driver was seen standing on the side of the road in Barangay Doyong, Kalasyao, Pangasinan.

01:05In just a few minutes, the driver saw another man walking towards him.

01:12The two men were actually thieves.

01:15Four chickens were hidden in the closet.

01:18The next night, the suspects returned to the scene.

01:22In the second incident, they caught two chickens.

01:35According to the barangay council, the suspects returned the next night.

01:40But they quickly ran their tricycle when they approached the barangay watchmen.

01:52It was just the next day.

01:54Because there were no people.

01:57Yes, there were no people and they were sleeping.

01:59The watchman refused to give a statement on the ownership of the stolen chickens.

02:03He hoped that he could catch the thieves.

02:08The black smoke was seen from a residential area in Binan, Laguna.

02:14It was past 2 in the afternoon.

02:16Not less than 20 houses were burned in Barangay Santo Tomas, according to the Binan City BFP.

02:23Residents were evacuated because of the blaze.

02:2721 families were affected by the fire.

02:30No one was injured.

02:32One factor is that the houses are mostly made of light materials.

02:40Also, the weather conditions.

02:43It was just yesterday.

02:45That's why the wind was strong.

02:48Investigators are now looking for a possible electrical short circuit in one of the houses.

02:53The price of the house is estimated at P1.5 million.
