00:00Okay, we talk about prep. Hard work. Being in the water at any at any point for me
00:07is it can be a difficult thing. Not throw a water polo in there. What is your prep
00:12like just outside of you know Olympic season and what is your prep like been
00:16now knowing Paris is in your future? Outside of the Olympic season for our
00:21team in general we typically like if you're outside of college you play a
00:25season abroad and for me the past I played three seasons abroad. I played
00:30twice in Greece and once in Italy so that you're kind of contracted to a
00:35international team and you're just playing for them and just doing your
00:39best to stay in shape doing your best to compete and learn your opponents once
00:43you get to the Olympics and then while I've been in the Olympic year with this
00:47team it's just been full-on. We have about six hours of practice a day. We
00:53lift in the mornings. We condition in the mornings and then in the afternoons
00:56it's like more pure water polo so it's a lot. It's biking. It's running. It's
01:01swimming. It's water polo. It's legs. For goalies it's a lot of legs and just
01:08doing everything we can putting everything and leaving no stone unturned
01:11so that I'm the best that I can be when I get there and that our team is the
01:15best that we can be.
