00:00There are people who are now complaining about the rise in the flood because of the volcanic smog from the Taal Volcano.

00:19Connie, there is still volcanic smog or VAG in the Taal Caldera based on the monitoring of PHIVOLCS.

00:24But the presence of it has been reduced in other parts of Batangas.

00:31The area around some parts of Batangas is brighter than yesterday.

00:37But in the very island of Taal, the volcano is still hard to reach.

00:41According to PHIVOLCS, the rain that happened yesterday helped to reduce the volcanic smog or VAG.

00:47In the monitoring of the agency, the height of the plume or eruption in the volcano went down to 1,200 meters from more than 2,000 meters yesterday.

00:56The wind speed or the speed of the wind reached 2 meters per second.

01:00Many still suspended their classes in Batangas, Laguna, and Cavite.

01:04Here in Balete, Batangas, the situation in the Rural Health Unit is mild.
